To ensure a safe and pleasant stay for our valued guests, we kindly ask you to review and comply with the following hotel regulations:

1. Please present a valid identification document or passport along with a valid visa at the reception desk upon check-in.
2. Standard check-in time is 14:00 and check-out time is 12:00. Early check-in or late check-out requests will be accommodated based on room availability and may incur additional charges in accordance with hotel policy.
3. All visitors must register at the front desk before entering guest rooms and are not permitted to stay in the room after 22:00.
4. Guests are kindly requested to lock the main door and windows when leaving the room. In case of any damage due to negligence, the cost of repair will be charged to the guest’s bill.
5. It is strictly prohibited to bring animals, weapons, hazardous materials, explosives, or flammable chemicals into the hotel.
6. Washing, drying, or hanging clothes on the balcony is not permitted.
7. Gambling, prostitution, and the use of illegal substances are strictly forbidden within the hotel premises.
8. Each room is equipped with a safety box with a personal code for storing valuables and cash. The resort will not be held responsible for any loss of valuables or cash not kept inside the safe. Guests are advised to check the safe before checking out, as the resort cannot be held liable for any items left behind.
9. Guests are not allowed to change rooms, allow others to use their room, or share the room with others unless registered with the hotel. In necessary cases, please inform the reception and provide identification documents for proper support.
10. Please refrain from bringing food, beverages, or strong-smelling fruits such as durian into the hotel.
11. Any damage or loss of hotel property caused by guests must be compensated according to the hotel’s price list.
12. Guests are not allowed to rearrange or modify the room’s furnishings or design without prior approval from Hotel Management. Any damage, breakage, or loss will be subject to compensation based on the current value of the items.
13. In case of a fire alarm, please remain calm and evacuate using the nearest emergency stairway. Do not use the elevator in the event of a fire.
14. Guests are kindly requested not to hang clothes on the balcony area.
15. All hotel rooms are non-smoking; smoking is strictly prohibited in rooms and on balconies.
16. Please use hotel services and equipment in accordance with the hotel’s regulations.
